Access to Archives and Special Collections

Access to Archives and Special Collections – update 6 June 2022

The Archives and Special Collections reading room will close on 23rd May for 6 weeks to accommodate the windows replacement project on level 5. However, Archives and Special Collections staff will be on site from this date to answer your enquiries and provide remote access to material wherever possible through our reprographics service. Strathclyde staff or students who require access to material in Archives and Special Collections during this time should contact us.

Subject to the successful completion of the works, the Archives and Special Collections reading room is due to re-open on an appointment-only basis from the 11th July 2022.
