There are two options available to Academic staff:
Follow the instructions in the Reading List Handbook to start building your list. You may wish to attend a training session to help you get started.
Reading lists created/amended by academic staff will be treated as High Priority and Library staff will endeavor to complete checks within 5 days.
If you need assistance, contact the reading list team.
If you would like Library staff to build your reading list please submit it within these designated deadlines:
Date of programme commencement | Submit reading list before: |
---|---|
August 2025 | 11th July 2025 |
September 2025 | 2nd August 2025 |
January 2026 | 15th November 2025 |
Lists submitted after this will be dealt with on a first come first served basis. While every effort will be made to have lists ready for the start of teaching it will not be possible to guarantee that lists received after the deadline will be completed for week one of teaching.
Send your reading list information to the Reading List Service email account.
Reading lists to be created/amended by Library staff will be treated as Medium Priority. This means library staff will endeavor to complete the work within 20 working days.
The University Library is committed to working with teaching staff to identify and provide resources which support teaching and learning.
