Find the location (e.g. Standard Loan), number (e.g. D 615 CLI) and status (e.g. not on loan) of the book and go to the shelf. Click on the Online access link to access electronic books, journals and papers. Login with your DS username and password when prompted.

Standard loan (up to six weeks unless reserved) and one week loan books for your subject(s) will mostly be found on Levels 4 and 5. Short Loan books will be on Level 3.
Library books are arranged by the Dewey Decimal Classification scheme (or Universal Decimal Classification for older books, government publications and serials) whereby each subject is represented by a number.
You wil find books on the same subject will have the same number. The shelf number is preceded by the letter D and will be followed by 3 letters, which are usually the first 3 letters of the author's name.
Three of which may be borrowed from the Short Loan Collection at any one time.
Books can be issued using the self-service kiosks on level 3..
Items can be returned to the Returns machine on level 3 (located near the library entrance point).
If a book is on loan then you can place a reservation on the book to be held for you on its return.
Your standard loan and one week loan books will renew automatically unless they have been requested. You need to bring Standard Loan books back after 24 weeks and one week loan books after 6 weeks, unless you are to return them sooner. Sign in to My Account at the top of the SUPrimo page to see the books you have on loan and any reservations.
