|Dawsonera eBooks||Following the sad news that Bertram Books (including Dawson Books) has fallen into administration, the Dawsonera eBooks platform is no longer available as of 31st July 2020. The majority of our Dawson eBook titles are now available on the VLeBooks platform. Library staff are working with Askews & Holts to investigate restoring access to a small number of remaining titles.||13-07-2020 [updated 09-09-2020]|
|Sustainable Organization Library||Sustainable Organization Library titles have moved from the Ingenta platform to Taylor & Francis eBooks. Please search on Taylor & Francis eBooks to find Sustainable Organization Library titles. We are aware that some Sustainable Organization Library titles are missing from the Taylor & Francis platform and we are working with Taylor & Francis to address this, and to update the links in SUPrimo and other library records.||30-04-2020|

|Brill Reference Works and Brill Primary Sources||Off-campus users using the institutional login to sign in to resources on the Brill Reference Works and Brill Primary Sources platform are currently seeing an error message. Please use records in Primo (or A-Z where available) to access the following resources:

|Who Was Who (Oxford University Press)||SUPrimo 'Reference Entries' type records for 'Who Was Who' content return Page Not Found error. This has been reported to provider. |IOP Science platform (Institute of Physics)||Web browsers currently display a security warning on the IOP Science platform, warning that parts of the page (such as image) may not be secure. The warning appears when users are authenticated on the site. The error is due to the branding and logo images; however the site connection is secure. |Gale eBooks||We recently experienced problems links in SUPrimo records for Gale eBooks returning an error message. This has now fixed and access from SUPrimo records for Gale eBooks is working as normal.||11-09-2020|
|British Online Archives||Problem of documents not displaying correctly in document viewer when using Internet Explorer browser has now been resolved by publisher.||09-09-2020|
|Wiley Online Library||Yesterday we were experiencing access problems to Wiley Online Library (Wiley eBook and eJournal site) with the site displaying a Maintenance message ('This site is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience while we work to restore access as soon as possible.') Access to this resource is now restored.||08-09-2020|
|ASME Digital Library||We previously experienced a longstanding problem whereby clicking on the obvious PDF icon for ASME journal 'Brief Notes' content did nothing. This problem has now been resolved by ASME.||02-09-2020|
|ACM Digital Library||Problems with institutional login on ACM Digital Library when using Internet Explorer were reported to ACM. ACM have replied advising 'Due to the upcoming discontinuance of Internet Explorer, the DL was not tested for IE, so you can see some un-expected behaviour. We would recommend you use Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge to access the DL.'||27-08-2020|
