Some SUPrimo article records for Westlaw content contain links with the wording 'Access content in Thomson Reuters Westlaw'. These links are leading to a Practical Law sign in page. We have reported the problem to the provider. While this problem is ongoing, please use the SUPrimo journal record to access the journal on Westlaw, and then search or browse for the article you need. |

MEMSO (TannerRitchie) |
There is a problem with MEMSO if users access the resource using Shibboleth authentication. The 'Catalogue' display, and the search option on the MEMSO homepage do not work successfully. Access is working as normal when you access the resource using our MEMSO A to Z record or MEMSO SUPrimo record. |

Many users are seeing a Stale Request error message when trying to access Mendeley. Strathclyde do not have a subscription to Mendeley, but we know that the problem is also affecting other Universities. Elsevier/Mendeley support are aware of and are investigating the issue. In the meantime, you may wish to try the following workaround suggestions. These have enabled access for some (but not all) users:

Wiley Online Library |
Users may be unable to register or sign in individual accounts if attempting to access Wiley journals via Browzine. Access to the article content will still be possible with institutional login only. Wiley are investigating this problem. While this issue is ongoing, if you need to also sign in using an individual account, please access Wiley articles and journals via SUPrimo records. |

It is not currently possible for SUPrimo journal and article records to link directly to content on the ASTM Compass platform. Please access ASTM Compass using the A-Z database record or SUPrimo database record and search for the content you require. We are continuing to discuss with our provider whether direct linking to the ASTM site from catalogue records can be supported. |

Karger and AIP journals |
We are aware that there is are problem currently affecting linking from Karger and AIP journal and article records in SUPrimo. Links may lead to the site homepages rather than to the specific content. Our record provider is aware of this and working to address these technical issues however they cannot provide a timeframe yet for when the problems will be fixed. |

Bristol University Press/Policy Press site |
When users are Shibboleth authenticated on the Bristol UP/Policy Press platform, the Find it@Strathclyde button appears as expected next to citations in the References section of articles. With other authentication methods, the Find it@Strathclyde button is not displaying. This problem has been reported to the publisher. |

We recently experienced problems on Lexis+. Clicking on the browse options within the Content section (specifically the links under 'Content Type' headings) was returning error messages. We were also experiencing problems searching within Newspaper content. These problems have now been fixed by LexisNexis. Site access is now working as normal. |

We recently experienced problems on VLeBooks where eBooks would not open, and users saw a no entry style icon when clicking on Read Online or Download links. This problem has been fixed by Browns. |
