| Oxford University Press eResources |
Various Oxford University Press (OUP) eResources are currently experiencing a problem with the cookie bar continuing display even after users have selected a Cookies Preference. OUP are discussing the behaviour with their technology partners, but cannot give a timeline for when this will be fixed. If you hit this problem, please use the following alternative links to access our different OUP eResource products. Once on the site, search for the content you need.

| Emerald articles | Emerald changed their website in 2025. There have been several problems on the new site. Many of these problems have been fixed. There are some ongoing issues, particular with SUPrimo article records in some collections. If a SUPrimo article record leads to an error webpage, please try searching for the content on the site instead, or accessing through the journal record. | 10th November 2025 |

| EndNote Online | Some users have been experiencing intermittent errors accessing EndNote Online and using Cite While You Right in Word. We have reported the problems to the provider. | 19th September 2025 |
| ProQuest Ebook Central | There is a problem with the chapter Download PDF option in ProQuest Ebooks from the publisher IGI Global, using the links that appear next to the chapters in the Table of Contents). This has been reported to ProQuest. Read Online works successfully. As a workaround, to download chapter PDFs users can open the chapter in Read Online mode, select the Book Details icon in the menu bar, select ‘Switch to PDF’, and then select the ‘Chapter Download’ icon from the menu options. | 22nd May 2025 |
| STAX | There are currently intermittent issues accessing the STAX service, including slow response time, and blank pages loading. Refreshing the page may help. All theses can be searched for on SUPrimo, you may wish to save or favourite any you are interested in, in order to access when Stax is available. | Pharmaceutical Journal | There is currently a problem with access to Pharmaceutical Journal. Strathclyde members are not getting access to all full text article content that we would expect. Westlaw (Thomson Reuters) |
Some users are seeing a "Your profile contains no valid registration keys" error message when trying to sign in to Westlaw. The problem is not affecting all users. If you see this error message please contact Information Services so that we can report the problem to Thomson Reuters. |

Many users are seeing a Stale Request error message when trying to access Mendeley using the organisational sign in option. The problem is also affecting other Universities. Although the product offers an organisational sign in option for University members, University of Strathclyde do not have any subscription or access arrangement to Mendeley. Elsevier/Mendeley support are aware of and are investigating the issue. Unfortunately, the problem cannot be fixed by the library. We can offer two workaround suggestions:

Wiley Online Library |
Users may be unable to register or sign in individual accounts if attempting to access Wiley journals via Browzine. Access to the article content will still be possible with institutional login only. Wiley are investigating this problem. While this issue is ongoing, if you need to also sign in using an individual account, please access Wiley articles and journals via SUPrimo records. |

It is not currently possible for SUPrimo journal and article records to link directly to content on the ASTM Compass platform. Please access ASTM Compass using the A-Z database record or SUPrimo database record and search for the content you require. We are continuing to discuss with our provider whether direct linking to the ASTM site from catalogue records can be supported. |

| British Online Archives eResources | There was a problem with downloading content on British Online Archive eResources. BOA have now fixed this problem. Downloading functionality is now working as normal. | 24th November 2025 |

| Passport (Euromonitor) | There was a problem with access to Passport Sustainability content. This has now been fixed by the provider. | 7th November 2025 |
| Various eResource sites | There were problems affecting a number of different publisher eResource sites on Monday 20th October including Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, EBSCOhost and JSTOR. Various sites were showing error messages such as 'Bad Gateway', Outage errors, and 400 errors or similar when users tried to access content.
