The Construction module covers core construction topics including procurement routes, standard form contracts, design liability, defects, building safety, payment, delay, and adjudication. It also covers topics such as insurance, insolvency, health and safety, and real estate transactions from the perspective of a construction lawyer. 

The platform includes practice notes, precedents, clause banks, toolkits, glossaries, and training materials to streamline legal workflows. Users benefit from current awareness tools like news alerts, weekly highlights, and trackers for cases, legislation, and infrastructure projects.

The extensive suite of precedents includes detailed drafting notes and direct links to cases, legislation, and relevant commentary.

Content includes JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) and FIDIC (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils) contracts.

The University has access to the Construction module but does not have access to other Lexis+ UK Practical Guidance modules.
