Primary sources of EU law comprise legislation and case law. Secondary sources of legal information include journals, textbooks, and encyclopaedias. EU official publications include policy and pre-legislative documents.
Content includes case law from 1954 onwards. primary legislation (1951-) and secondary legislation as it appears in the OJ “L” series (1952-). To search case law and legislation: from the home page, select 'More' and then 'European Union'.
