You can present the data narratively or statistically.
For example, a narrative synthesis could look at the study type, number and characteristics of participants, of similarities and differences, comparators and outcomes.
A statistical presentation could use meta-analysis, where results from different studies are combined to draw conclusions. This may not always be possible if the studies are too different or there are too few.
